The MBNA Chester Marathon is the UK's number 1 road marathon, as voted by Runners' World in 2012 & 2013. With a spectacular start and finish at Chester Racecourse, the route passes all Chester's iconic landmarks, then heads out into the Cheshire & North Wales countryside, before returning along the banks of the River Dee for an unforgettable finish.

BMAF 2017 Marathon Championships - CLOSING DATE 24th September - BMAF members wishing to enter this should do so via the BMAF website www.bmaf.org.uk.
Whichever way you enter will not affect your participation as a member of the England Athletics team if you have qualified, nor as a competitor in the BMAF championships if eligible. Please do not enter twice!
Before proceeding please note that you are entering the 2017 MBNA Chester Marathon (26.2 miles). Once you have entered you can transfer your place to another runner , however there are no refunds or deferrals.
Entry fees: UKA Affiliated £37 to 31 October 2016
£42 from 1 November 2016 until 31 January 2017
£47 standard price
£52 from 1 August 2017
Non UKA Affiliated £39 to 31 October 2016
£44 from 1 November 2016 until 31 January 2017

If the race is not full, entries will close on Tuesday 3rd October. There will be no entries after this date.
You can transfer your place to another runner at no extra cost, however we do not offer refunds or deferrals.
