2022 MBNA Chester 10K

Join us at the MBNA Chester 10K - 13th March 2022

The MBNA Chester 10K is the only city based in Chester. The 5th edition of this award winning and sell out event is a great introductory race for new runners and an ideal stepping stone if you're aiming for a half marathon in the future.

The event boasts a lively city centre start and finish, with a route that passes many of Chester's iconic landmarks. Runners will head north-west out of the City, through the picturesque village of Mollington before returning to the heart of Chester for a spectacular finish, with all the enthusiasm you could ask for from the Cestrian supporters, under a backdrop of the Eastgate Clock.

You can choose which Start Wave you would like to start in for the MBNA Chester 10K during the entry process . It is important you start at the correct time for your wave.

Once you have entered you can transfer your place to another runner or our Run Your Way event, however you cannot transfer to any other event or defer to another year and there are no refunds. The minimum age on race day is 15.

*transfers to our Run Your Way event are only accepted up to 23:59 on 12th March 2022.

Covid-19 

Our Covid Race Guarantee is still in place for our 2022 events. We will continue to follow the advice and current guidelines provided by our local council and the governing bodies for our sport, and continually adapt and adjust our event plans as appropriate.  Please rest assured we are continually working behind the scenes to deliver a safe and amazing experience for our runners in 2022.

If you decide you no longer want to take part and want to cancel your entry into the event, as per our terms and conditions your race place is non refundable and we do not offer deferrals. 

You can always transfer your race place to someone else, free of charge any time before the event, by using the official transfer process outlined in your entry confirmation email. Race places are not transferable between different events or years.

If we, as the event organiser, have to make the decision to postpone or cancel our event(s), we will make every reasonable effort to notify you and your race place will automatically be deferred free of charge, to the next scheduled race date for that event.
