confirm that this runner is medically fit to run and competes in this
event at their own risk and that the organisers shall not be liable for any
accident, injury or loss as a consequence of their participation.
Photographs & videos Appointed
agents will take photographs/videos during the event for the purposes
of advertising, fundraising, display, exhibition or promotional
use. This might involve their use in printed material and on the
internet. By taking part in this event I acknowledge that my image may be taken in a group or individual context. Where I am the parent/guardian of a child participant I am acknowledging on my child's behalf.
I waive any right that I may have to inspect and approve the finished
product or copy that may be used in connection with me, my child's or
children's image that any Active Leisure Events appointed photographer has
taken.
Where
I am making this entry on behalf of a child I confirm that I am authorised to
do so. I understand that if I wish to run with my child, I also need to enter, to ensure the course is not overcrowded and is safe for all ages.
